Her goal is to provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space where you feel empowered to explore your challenges, build your resilience, and take meaningful steps towards lasting change. She brings a friendly and enthusiastic personality that allows her clients to feel a sense of security when sharing in the therapeutic setting.

Lisa is also a mental health advocate that has coordinated many of the Hartford, CT National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) walks and raised money to spread awareness about eating disorders. She also lobbied with Connecticut State Senator Richard Blumenthal and the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA) at the state Capital against WW. Please note Lisa does not treat eating disorders.
